This helicopter flying lesson costs are based on the minimum 50 hours flying time required by law.

The helicopter flying lessons package includeds 6 weeks luxury accommodation B&B, full or continental breakfast, dinner by arrangement. All within walking distance of your Helicopter Flying School. (You will be assisted with transport when required) Should you wish to have your own transport, we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you. All amenities included. Private entrance, TV & DSTV, Swimming Pool & Braai/BBQ. Fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Self-Catering can be arranged.
Your accommodation host is a retired Game Park Ranger with extensive knowledge and can arrange exciting safaris for wonderful break/excursions to:
The magnificent Drakensberg Mountains. Wildlife viewing in famous Game Reserves Hunting in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. Deep-sea fishing, Scuba Diving, Surfing. The average student achieves their HPPL in 60-65 hours flying time. Extra flying hours will be charged at the going rate, at present R1700.00 per hour. This is normally achieved within 4-6 weeks, weather permitting and depending on how intensive you wish your course to be.
The minimum age is 17 years.
